Perimenopausal questions
Hello, over the summer I tested my hormones during my luteal phase. I also have an underactive thyroid too which I know can cause low progesterone. A bit about my symptoms: I have low moods, tiredness, vaginal dryness, no libido, a three week cycle, heavy periods. My GP has prescribed me a estrogen based

Hello my fellow warriors So I am starting lubion and cyclogest tomorrow for a FET next Tuesday. My clinic has recommended every 12 hours for the meds. I am out Saturday and just wondering if it is feasible to take these meds when out and about, particularly the cyclogest pessary as I remember from

My period was suppose to be yesterday as well but my test I took this morning seems to be darker so my head is baffled 🤯. I want to think

Cannot make up my mind...should I have POP surgery...or not?
I have had prolapse for about two years. I am using a pessary and have thought about surgery, but just do not want to go through all the pain/healing of a surgery and it does not really improve the prolapse without long term side effects from the surgery. I am also concerned after reading that many

Bleed during TWW
Hi All, I seem to bleed during the TWW, first four ivf rounds I was on either utrogestan or cyclogest pessary only and I bled day 8/9 of the TWW. Then the last two rounds I have been on one lubion and cyclogest pessary and the bleed would start on day 10/11. I have asked for prontogest for my 6th ivf

Not exactly PMR but advice please about post menopausal dryness.
Since I was diagnosed with PMR in 2017 I have had frequent episodes of cystitis requiring antibiotic treatment. These seemed to be made worse by the Calcium and vitamin supplement I was prescribed so I stopped taking it. But I still suffer episodes of UTI/ cystitis about once a year and now my GP has

thrush, Canesten and bleeding
I have what I think it thrush every now and again. I’ve taken a Canesten pessary this week and am now having a period like bleed. I’ve never had this before from Canesten. Has anyone experienced similar? I’m wondering if I actually have Vaginal atrophy and welcome any thoughts!

bleeding after Canesten pessary
I’ve had episodes of thrush over the years all treated with tablets or pessaries. I used a Canesten pessary a couple of days ago and now have period like bleeding. Never experienced this after treatment and pretty sure it’s not a normal period bleed. Any advice on similar welcome

Uti/thrush
I'm not sure what to do...I've been suffering from what I think is thrush since taking antibiotics for suspected strep throat 3 weeks ago. Tried pessary x 2 but its still there. Now it feels like a uti has started and gp had given me more antibiotics but if I taje them it will make the thrush so much

Missed Lubion injection
Following my FET 12 days ago, I have been prescribed I x cyclogest pessary and 1 x lubion injection a day. Last night when I went to do my injection I realised I had run out of syringes and needles (I have plenty of the drug itself). It was late so I took a pessary instead as wasn’t sure what else to

Vaginal pessaries
HiI should be really grateful for advice from anybody in the same position as myself, who has managed to navigate the position in the UK regarding pessaries for pelvic floor prolapse. I am nearly 75 and found out around 6 months ago that I have a rectocele, grade 2, and a cystocele, grade 1 which unfortunately

Prolapse after surgery
I had a bladder prolapse stage three along with a few other parts that had prolapsed. I had all the usual symptoms, bladder hanging between my legs via my vagina, back pain, difficulty sitting and walking and severe constipation. My doctor recommended a hysterectomy since a pessary did not work for
