Following my FET 12 days ago, I have been prescribed I x cyclogest pessary and 1 x lubion injection a day. Last night when I went to do my injection I realised I had run out of syringes and needles (I have plenty of the drug itself). It was late so I took a pessary instead as wasn’t sure what else to do.
This morning I got a BFP! However, I was keen to get hold of the syringes and needles I need for my Lubion injection. Today is Sunday and my clinic is closed so I tried 7 pharmacies to no avail, and I’m awaiting a call back from 111.
I’m now panicking that I will miss a 2nd Lubion injection and i’m not sure that substituting with a pessary is the right thing to do (although better to have some progesterone than none, surely). I can get in touch with my clinic first thing but looking for thoughts and reassurance really as I would hate to jeopardise our happy news.

hope you got sorted, I had the same issue last week, albeit I noticed at the start of the week I was going to run out, and managed to call the clinic to see if I could get some more. I did the same went to various pharmacies to no avail. I almost ordered from Amazon as that’s the only place I could find them but would have had to pay for 100 of each set of needles!
You did right to put the pessaries while you 2am as progesterone is part important to hold the embryo. I was prescribed 400 x 2 ( one in the morning and one in the evening)
Some people have been prescribed pessaries 400x2 and Lubion and some others pessaries of 200x3 (3 times per day)
You can also have a progesterone test to re check your levels.
Are you in UK? Have you tried Asda? That happened to me and I went with the medicine (like for the month) show it to them and I also showed them a letter from the clinic ( that I had from months before when I travel with medicines as I am doing it abroad) and Asda helped me out.
