Pessary
I recently had a
gellhorn
pessary
fitted at the hospital pessary clinic. While it’s stopped the symptoms of cystocele I now get little stinging sensations and a dull lower stomach ache. In the last few days the ache has spread to my groin areas.

positive pregnancy test - natural !!
I’m in shock. Did a first response test this morning cycle day 23 and it’s positive. I don’t want to allow myself to get excited because of the huge odds of it being genetically abnormal and miscarrying 🙃 especially with the high levels of DNA frag. I’m also worried it’s just going to delay treatment

cyclogest - help! (Used rectally but had to poop within 25-30 mins)
hi ladies, super quick question and sorry for TMI! I’ve used a cyclogest pessary this morning but within 30 mins had a bad tummy so had to go to the loo. Is this long enough for it to have absorbed? (There seemed to be a lot in the toilet) or is it safe to use another one just as a one off? Can

reoccurring thrush on dienogest
Hello everyone, just thought I’d ask for some advice as I’m struggling with reoccurring thrush at the moment and although that doesn’t sound awful, on top of all the other pain it’s the last thing I want. Little bit of back story, I was diagnosed with endo last year. Had a laparoscopy and ablation

I had what looks like a vaginal thrush for the first time 3 weeks back. I'm 35 yrs old. My GP nurse saw me and suggested Canesten pessary. Women with POP...have questions
I would like to know how women using a pessary handle their sex life. Do you remove the pessary or are you able to leave it in like using a diaphragm? I read and watched videos by therapist stating there are only certain positions if you have prolapse, I would like real first hand information, of

Rectocele anyone?
I am looking for other women's experiences regarding a rectocele? I was diagnosed around 25 years ago but really had no symptoms until recently. Now I have a feeling of pressure in my rectum most of the time and it's very uncomfortable. I was wondering what measures others have taken ... an operation

Cube pessary disaster
Finally saw an NHS specialist gynae nurse in local hospital this week, having been diagnosed with bladder & bowel prolapses as well as cervical prolapse. After examination she recommended a size 4 cube pessary. To paraphrase - insertion was a struggle (I’m OK with smears, IUD insertion & childbirth)

Perimenopausal questions
Hello, over the summer I tested my hormones during my luteal phase. I also have an underactive thyroid too which I know can cause low progesterone. A bit about my symptoms: I have low moods, tiredness, vaginal dryness, no libido, a three week cycle, heavy periods. My GP has prescribed me a estrogen based
