Can I take ibuprofen if I have gastritis caused by PA?
I know it can cause
gastritis
but my
gastritis
is related to Pernicious Aneamia. If I can't take it orally, would ibuprofen gel be ok? Any advice much appreciated. Many thanks.

Histology report after endoscopy
I recently had an endoscopy because of recurring acid reflux & the Clinicians found mild
gastritis
, grade A oesophagitis, a 3cm hiatus hernia and several sessile polyps located in the fundus area of the stomach. Biopsies were taken to check for H pylori & on the polyps.

I've got PA and wonder if I need any other supplements other than B12 shots.
I'm a 49y.o. paediatrician recently diagnosed with PA (B12 of 79, homocysteine of 69, atrophic
gastritis
with metaplasia). This is my 5th week of B12 shots (3 times a week, cyanocobalamin) and I'm still feeling weak, tired and loosing weight (specially body mass). I usually work out 4 times a week.

B12 injections, informaation needed
One year ago I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Atrophic Metaplastic
Gastritis
. I believe that is spelled correctly. I currently receive 1000 units B12 injections monthly plus 1000 B12 supplements daily. My question is...Should I have labs done to monitor my levels of B12?

It never ends... constant breathing issues, muscle tension, dizzy
I have mitral valve regurgitation/
gastritis
/ IBS. All this is due to anxiety I am certain. I did have a rough life prior to 2015. I have health anxiety because of all these symptoms. I know if I was breathing right I wouldn't be so tense. Apparently I grind and clench my jaws without realizing it.

Starting to accept my problems!
I suffer with
gastritis
, esophagitis and IBS. I'd be interested to hear what people's opinions on the matter are as I know a lot of people who suffer with IBD have been misdiagnosed with IBS.

Advice please
The endoscopy showed little , but I do have
gastritis
. During the colonoscopy he removed a polyp , which he said was 'hyper plastic' and nothing to worry about , but he was a little concerned about my 'upper bowel ' where he found serrated lesions .

SIBO recognised at last
Gerd, extensive atrophic
gastritis
, diverticular, and polyps were found. I was prescribed PPIs and had polyps removed. Also after a year of suffering I begged for a test for H-Pylori, and it came back positive. The antibiotic treatment for that removed my symptoms for approx 1 month.

2 Issues: Ibrutinib side effects + Ibrutinib plus Venetoclax Treatment
She has two side effects for now on: Articular pain and stomach ache, more like
gastritis
. Does anyone has a clue what to do or what to take for mitigate those side effects? Of course she will see specialists but I would like to know from patients who are on ibrutinib to know better.

Lowish T4 and TSH
I have been back and forth to docs with various problems (
gastritis
, exhaustion, tingly arms and legs, memory problems) and finally got them to test B12 which is below range. They also tested a few thyroid levels which they say need no action as they are within range.

Worrying symptoms
I went to the doctor and discussed my symptoms on the 28th May and he put it down to
gastritis
, with my body over producing acid due to stress, he gave me a prescription of Lanzoprozole 30mg to help counteract the acid and told me to do a stall sample for H.pylori bacteria which came back as normal.

PA but now have some stomach issues
Went to see GP and he prescribed me omeprazole 20mg for a few weeks and thought
gastritis
. Symptoms went. Now they are back. Just can't stop burping after food. No flutter feeling thou. Could they be connected to spatone iron? Could that irritate my stomach?

Getting optimal on a combination dose
Once I was into my third month on a combination of Levo and Cynomel, after a colonoscopy and endoscopy which confirmed
gastritis
, and a serious change of diet, I knew I couldn't go back to just Levo. So I booked an appointment with an endo here in France.
