Advice please

Hi , just joined and was hoping someone may be able to offer some advice ?

I was diagnosed with ibs-c a short while ago and my lovely gastro decided to do an endoscopy and a colonoscopy to reassure me as I have also recently been diagnosed with cutaneous lupus .

The endoscopy showed little , but I do have gastritis . During the colonoscopy he removed a polyp , which he said was 'hyper plastic' and nothing to worry about , but he was a little concerned about my 'upper bowel ' where he found serrated lesions . He wants me to have a further colonoscopy in 12 months .... Should I be worried ?

Just left u a long one, look up Mago7...best thing after years...check with doc. Look up finchley clinic, oxygenated products. Says colon cleanse, but most use daily as stool softener. U have to find ur own dose. Start slow. Do you think those tears could be from hard poo? For gastritis read up on Salycitic food Sensitivities, and low fodmap diet.

Like a dunce...I did not know I was drinking almond milk, eating almond yogurt, and ice cream...well almonds are full of salcin acid, which is basically the same as Salycitic Acid which aspirin is derived from, so I today switched to soy, I was having gastritis and could not figure out why...my doc let me know, I am lucky to have a doc who gets it ...most could careless, and just put u on pills! Slippery elm, manuka honey help heal intestines too.

My best😁would have been more informative...but I am tired now!

This is my second attempt writing this late, hope it makes sense!

Oh, and Mago7 does not enter bloodstream, gets rid of bad bacteria, gives oxygen to your other organs...need to take a good probiotic that u are use to everyday, obviously drink water. 😂

Hi I just ordered this on your recommendation from Amazon. I have had terrible constapation all my life. Thanks for sharing.

Hi there Cas, I wouldn't worry too much as if it was something too serious then he would have said he wanted to see you in a couple of weeks, not 12 months. But what I would do to ease your mind is contact him and ask outright is it anything to worry about.

Hope all goes okay with you.

Just remember start out slow, like two, it might be too much. I cut capsules sometimes, depends on what I ate that day. I like it, so much better than any miralax...joke, ducolax, hurts,...this take, sleep sound, wake up and go...u do not keep on going and going...just till u are empty...drink a big glass of water, wait 20 min. And eat ur breakfast! That's what i do, remember to take a probiotic during the day... I take solaray carrot based acidophilus, 3 billion 1 or 2 a day...I think people kinda overdo the probiotics??? Just my thoughts.

Hope it works well, I think it will!

Best wshes!
