Black bean chilli

I made black bean chilli with mushrooms, garlic, onion, chilli’s, French beans, celery, courgette and green pepper. I added ras el hanout again and I love the flavour it gives a chilli.

I served it with cous cous with a dollop of cream coconut (to which I added black pepper and smoked paprika) avocado and red onion. After I had taken this photo I sprinkled on some toasted almonds.

Even if I say so myself it was delicious!

I didnt like it the first time but now love it. If you try it's about Half a tsp per person. 🙂

Yes that's true. We have a lot of turmeric tastes horrible but easily disguised 😀
