I made black bean chilli with mushrooms, garlic, onion, chilli’s, French beans, celery, courgette and green pepper. I added ras el hanout again and I love the flavour it gives a chilli.
I served it with cous cous with a dollop of cream coconut (to which I added black pepper and smoked paprika) avocado and red onion. After I had taken this photo I sprinkled on some toasted almonds.
Even if I say so myself it was delicious!
