100g Taifun Smoked tofu
half red bell pepper
4 slices of onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
splash of soy sauce
2 20g Cathedral City mature cheese
Uncle Bens Mixed Pepper rice
Only thing I'm wondering is whether I'm cooking for too long (30 mins)? I ask this because the mushrooms themselves are still going rather flat. Not as much as previous attempts as it was different portobello mushrooms which were big. Any advice? 🤤
