Mushroom stroganoff
I fried mushrooms onion and garlic, added a splash of tamari and a little chilli (if you put chilli in everything like we do).
Then I added the mushrooms to the white sauce and served it with white rice and rainbow chard. 🙂
Pad thai
Then when that was cooked I made a sauce with passata blitzed up with garlic, chilli, tamari and a little peanut butter. I stirred the sauce into the vegetables until heated and served with gluten free rice noodles and a sprinkle of peanuts. It was so tasty I even surprised myself!

Well being easily influenced I had to make a stir fry with a satay sauce and (I used Tamari which's gluten free soy sauce) I used crunchy peanut butter with garlic white onion hot chilli sweet peppers carrots sweet potato garden peas baby plum tomatoes and chestnut mushrooms.

I gently cooked white onion, hot chilli, garlic with spices and curly kale, I cooked new potatoes and carrots with sweet potatoes which I mashed and I cooked rings of sweet peppers with baby chestnut mushrooms to top the stir fry with.
