Tonight for dinner we had mushroom stroganoff. It was very nice.
I made a white sauce with homemade cashew milk, added some salt, pepper, nutritional yeast and a little whole grain mustard.
I fried mushrooms onion and garlic, added a splash of tamari and a little chilli (if you put chilli in everything like we do).
Then I added the mushrooms to the white sauce and served it with white rice and rainbow chard. π
