Sudden anxiety and panic

So 4 months ago, I posted something about my anxiety and panic eps, how I was managing it - just go with the flow and let the moment pass. It’s been good and all. I have had several minor episodes that was manageable.

BUT last night was another episode which was a little bit intense. While eating my dinner, I suddenly feel a huge and intense tinggling sensation. It made me anxious and panicky that I couldn’t help to tell my brain to relax and be still. Monkey brains active and it feels like my brain want to shutdown for a moment. This causes my entire system to feel cold, shakey, feels like I’m going to pass out, like I’m on a rocky boat, difficulty breathing, head and ear pressure. All 5 senses becomes extremely active that makes you feel like you’re going crazy and will be out of sanity.

What I did was I went to my room, put my sweater on, listened to panic affirmation, also did some breathing exercise while munching a garlic clove. It helped me to relax a bit until I fell asleep.

Question: can any of you, my dear friends, direct me to a youtube or articles available on the internet about “monkey brains”. I know there are tons of them. But I’m curious about your recommendation. I’m an overthinker and I really wish to minimize it or at least totally shut it down and care a little less so I can just keep myself up together.

Hugs and thank you in advance.
