Does anyone have any advice re: Candida causing IBS symptoms and how best to deal with it? Feeling totally scunnered.
Was feeling very upbeat after reading about the
FODMAP
diet from fellow users of this forum and no question it has been of great benefit to me in finding what I can and cannot tolerate.

Hi has any one tried Caricol for IBS-C whilst on the FODMAP diet.
I have been advised to take Caricol to help ease constipation, but as I follow the
FODMAP
diet, I am worried that the ingredients ( some are FODMAPS ) may make my situation worse. Any one tried this product whilst on
FODMAP
diet if so, did it help.

Which probiotic is compatible with low FODMAPs?
Could anyone recommend one that is compatible with the low
FODMAP
diet? Some contain apple for example.. Any tips would be helpful! Also where I can buy them. Thanks in advance, Anna

Helpful Fodmap site
Hi all For those of you seeking help and recipe inspiration on a
Fodmap
diet I would check out a website Ibshealth.com. This is very helpful site for IBS which now includes a dedicated
Fodmap
section including good and bad foods and individual recipes for different mealtimes.

Newbie, who has endometriosis, ibs with severe pain, bloating, bowel changes and struggling to loose weight and control the pain :(
, I've tried all the diets, including
fodmap
and exclusion diets and nothing is helping :( I go to the gym as exercise is supposed to help, but nothing seems to work, it's been the worst 6 months.

IBS. The secret bitter pill that drugs won’t sweeten.
FODMAP
diets can be recommended, but again these only work for a few people and that's the sum total of the NHS offering. Distraught clients often tell me that their Doctor was rude or dismissive adding to their suffering.

I've been thinking of doing the
fodmap

Celiac and Other Autoimmune Disorders.
I have tried the Paleo diet and the
FODMAP
diet, on my dietician's advice. However, I am underweight and this diet is not helping weight gain. My BMI is not calculable. I'm reasonably active as due to a neurological disorder, I can't stop moving. I hope somebody can help me. Thanks Unisailor

Blood in stool...?
I am nearly three weeks into the elimination phase of the
FODMAP
diet. Could there be a connection there? Has anyone else experienced this?

I have been on a wheat free and dairy free diet as part of the
FODMAP
programme. It has not had the desired impact but it was always a bit of trial and error. As of today I get dairy back in to my life and go back for blood tests and a review next week.
