Hi all

For those of you seeking help and recipe inspiration on a Fodmap diet I would check out a website Ibshealth.com. This is very helpful site for IBS which now includes a dedicated Fodmap section including good and bad foods and individual recipes for different mealtimes.

There are several links via google. I have just been looking at the site and have used it several times. Try all references to it on google.

This is great, thanks! I've been working on my own spreadsheet and use a traffic light system whilst trying one food at a time. So, red is don't have again, amber is small quantities are tolerated and green is go ahead! Then another sheet is for recepies, one for websites etc. Really useful to have. If anyone would like to see it then please leave your email address here and I'll send you a copy.

I glanced at the site but it seems mainly aimed at IBS-D. Did I miss something ? I will recommend, thanks!
