Go online one can get an extensive list of do's and don'ts. I just wonder would this diet work for a diabetic?

I would recommend you see a Dietician first ask your GP to recommend you to one.

I usually check the manufacturers website and if I can't find an answer then I contact them directly. Sainsburys are particularly good with their customer service and information. I stick to a plant-foods based diet with fresh fruit and veg because then you know exactly what you are buying and don't need to check the label!

I wouldn't be eating any of those foods on the FODMAP diet. I suggest you speak to your dietician or get back to basics and make everything yourself. Use butter instead of Benecol. Cut out they tinned fruit...high in sugars.
