New diagnosis found. Probable secondary hypothyroidism. Partial hypopituitarism. Normal Pituitary MRI. ? second opinion. Further tests?
Following a move to a different county I found my T3 prescription was cancelled before GP records transferred. So on T4 only From December 2017. I was referred to new Endocrinologist. My records and tests results were reviewed and found to be unusual. All blood tests taken at 9am fasting with 24 hour

Low AMH treatment recommended in London? Clinics or tips?
I was recently told that I have a low egg count and my AMH is 1.1but my FSH is normal. On the NHS, the doctor said "I'm sorry darling" but didn't say much more, not giving me any hopes on IVF through the NHS - as she couldn't see any follicles on my scan. My question is, has anyone been through the same

Low AMH at age 29 with normal FSH
I have just received my AMH result which is 4.5 my FSH was in the normal range and all other hormone blood tests have been normal. I have periods every 26-28 days. Reading online I'm not sure if I'm eligible for NHS funded ivf? I've seen an NHS consultant who recommended the AMH due to small ovaries

Question about essential oils, and Epsom salt.
So I have some essential oils, herbal teas (peppermint tea), Epsom salt (for baths), and Himalayan crystal salt lamp. One of these oils is lavender and I put it under my nose, and it helped me relax. I haven't used the Epsom salt yet, but have used the lavender oil, peppermint tea, and Himalayan crystal

On a mission to eat healthily!
I’m quite proud of myself today as I was in work but still managed to eat three healthy meals and a few healthy snacks. Breakfast was porridge, almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Instead of my usual cuppa I had two cups of hot water with lemon
