Can anyone advise on fsh levels ?

I’m panicking abit ..Does anyone on here know about fsh levels ? I had some bloods done at the GPs and the fsh was 10 on around day 20 of my cycle .

I’m having a fresh icsi cycle in around 4 months but had these bloods done to see a nutritionist in advance.

Gp said it’s normal but I have my doubts .

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi I think the proper day to get fsh tested is cycle day 3. My dr also tested mine on day 21 along with my progesterone ovulation test but don’t think they are meant to. Maybe request a day 3 one along with Lh as I think the fsh:lh ratio is also worth knowing x

Ps my level was 9.9 on day 3 and under 10 is normal apparently x
