Antioxidants - Pro-oxidants.
Perhaps he had doubts, though, since he slipped in a little
fish
oil
, but otherwise changed nothing. Vegans quite rightly were angry with him. PCa has an extraordinary wide phytochemical literature (mostly polyphenols). These chemicals have protective roles in plant life.

Seeking non-pharma ADHD interventions/suggestions
What I am interested in is hearing if essential oils have been useful for your kiddos and/or
fish
oil
and/or other alternative, non-pharmaceutical therapies? If so, how did you use them and specifically what brands and combinations? Thanks so very much. New to this whole world. -Robyn

Panic Attacks and GERD
I also take some B-12, magnesium, and
fish
oil
. Every time I have gas to pass, need to use the bathroom, or after I eat, I get bad acid reflux where my top abdomin cramps, my middle chest aches, and some headache. These symptoms for the past day or so has caused me to have a panic attack.

Hi - IBS Newbie here
Hello, My name is Christian and I am 44 years old. I have been diagnosed with IBS today by my GP after ongoing stomach issues for the past 5-6 months. I have previously had blood tests and a sigmoidoscopy, which both came back clear (thankfully). I have basically had very low level stomach ache
