I don’t know if this is of help but I recently started using Better You Boost B12 spray- 4 sprays are roughly equivalent to 1000mcg (possibly a little more I seem to remember - I’m sure someone will know.) I was using exactly the same Jarrows sublingual lozenges as in your photo but found they take up to an hour to dissolve properly and I became slightly worried about my tooth enamel.

Kipsy, I also use Jarrow b12 lozenges as in the picture. You can also chew them ( as in usage instructions) so needn't be a problem as they aren't hard.

I used to use it but it's increased in price so I changed back to Thorne Basic B capsules.

I have patches. Wear them for one or two days a week. I forget which brand but available on Ebay or amazon.

Mamapea - I think Biocare do some sort of drops, Nutrisorb I think, those might be worth a look too.

Thank you again! I do like the BioCare, but the swallowing problems and the gut issues are a nightmare! Don't understand the swallowing thing, because I've never had a goitre, or any obvious swelling of any sort, except glands when I'm ill like everyone has. I can only put it down to chronic sinusitis, which is a pain. I will investigate the Nutrisorb ~ I've only seen selenium, but didn't know they also did the B's. You're a star!🌟💕.
