Start Cerazette at age 51?
I am 51 and my periods won´t stop. I have been on HRT for the past seven years - first Oestrogel (Besins Healthcare) + Utrogestan (two pumps of Oestrogel for 25 days a month, Utrogestan 200 mg for ten days a month). Then, when I turned 50, my doctor suggested using HRT daily. Since Oestrogel was out

Effect of menopur
My name is Kenny Bada. I am presently undergoing fertility treatment and on FSH (Menopur and Letrozole). I feel nauseous, tired and I experience shortness of breath. Went in for scan today to check the progress of my follicles. Who else has experienced such side effects?

Internal vibration
Hi, I've been quiet on here as mostly plodding on and getting through my days as best as possible but am popping back with a question in the hope that someone can share some insight. For reference I'm 51, was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2010 (and have a lot of associated issues with that) additionally

Alendronic Acid 2 years on.
I said I'd write this post as it may or may not help anyone considering taking this medication to make a decision. I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis in 2016, having being diagnosed coeliac in 2015. My t score at the time was -2.5 in my Spine. I also had osteopenia in my hips. I was advised then to go

I've recently started using
essential oils in a humidifier and I've found that (dependent on the oil you choose) it really is calming as well as uplifting. Have you ever tried this or have a particular fragrance that soothes? Chloe <3

Mustard Seed Oil
I tried it years ago, and just thought about it again. Has anyone tried it as a substitute for Lorenzo's Oil? It has a similar makeup.

Weaning off Ropinirol
A question! I was on 2mg ropinirol at bedtime for the last 5 years or so. After reading all the negative things about it, I decided to wean off, .25mg at a time. I've been doing this slowly and I'm down to 1mg now but a strange thing happened last night. Early evening and my legs felt fine. No twitchy

Bloods Advice please - new and feelimg wobbly
Hi all, I'm having a bit of a hard time mentally and seem to have lots of little niggling symptoms that I'm not sure are related to the thyroid or are stress/anxiety related. Briefly, I gave birth last March, noticed a lump on my neck in the Spring and had a scan and biopsy. Scan showed a 'patchy' thyroid

Hypo symptoms - under treated / stress / peri menopausal?
I also haven’t been as vigilant in supplementing other than vitamin D, K and B12 and occasional
fish
oil
. I’ve noticed that Armour is a slightly lower dose at 3 grains than Nature Throid. Maybe I need to increase by a quarter of a grain? I’m feeling stuck and exhausted lacking in energy and focus.

scans
Hi all. I’ve been on Menopur 300 and Burserlin 30 for the last 6 days and I have just attended my scan this morning. I’m so dissapointed to find that I only had 2 follicles both were measuring about 16mm. They did say she could see about 5 very small ones measuring about 6mm but they won’t have time
