Hi Everyone, 8 weeks ago I changed from Levothyroxine (75/100 alternate days) to 1 grain of Armour a day (0.5 grain twice a day). I've got updated blood test results and wondering for any opinions on them. I've submitted them to the Functional Practitioner, but I'm very grateful for wider knowledgeable

One follicle and considering egg retrieval .. any successes?
Hi, so I have low amh and high FSH and have only ever had a maximum of three follicles after stimulation. This time I have one and we are considering going in for egg retrieval for just the one. Any success stories with just one? I feel like we are doing all this for nothing.

Treatment for dry, peeling lips
What do you use for Sjogrens dry, peeling lips? I have had lupus for 30 years, and a variety of dry eye and salivary gland issues, that have at times been severe. Been treated for both. Also have dry sinus, and sleep apnea. Even if I use items to prevent mouth breathing during sleeps, lips still

It must be good to get at least 5 hours sleep!
I have a few health issues and take medication daily but its the lack of a full night's sleep which doesn't help. When I go to bed I have no trouble falling over to sleep but wake up after 20 - 45 minutes often due to jumping legs but not always. I get up and make numerous cups of tea and fill yet

BFN 😔 & getting ready for donation
Hi. There is not much to say...obviously, in my case insomnia and sweating in the night was not a good sign. In previous cycle it was also the same. Till some point, sore boobs, bloated tummy, fatigue, feeling sleepy until 6-7dpt...and all of a sudden all symptoms gone, and getting heavy difficulties
