COD LIVER OIL

I have recently been diagnosed with micro vascular angina and have been given an assortment of medication i was wondering if starting to take codliver oil capsular supplements would bennifit me and if so what dose should i get

Hi gasp. Some medical websites suggest that Cod Liver Oil might help reduce blood pressure. However, if you are already on tablets to reduce this, then adding the supplement may do more harm than good. I've found the best person to ask is my local pharmacist - they will be able to tell you if there's any interaction with your regular drugs, and if not, what dose might be helpful.

many thanks for that is omiga 3 same as cod liver as this is what i have

Cod Liver Oil contains omega 3 and also vits A & D. The Omega 3 tablets on their own may be either plant based or fish based, but don't have any other vitamins.
