New to PBC group
The medications I take are 300mg plaquenil, 200mg benlysta shots once per week for Lupus, started taking iron again 65mg per day, milk thistle,

. Amlodipine 5mg hypertension. Reason I was seeing docs so frequently recently was due to abdominal pains in August and again since January.

Lavender
Ok so today, I went to shoppers and bought a bottle of lavender oil, was feeling very anxious .. OMG I opened the bottle and had 3 of 4 sniffs breathing it all in and exhaling out and wow did it ever relax me and calm me down... just putting it out there if anyone wants to try it.. It really helped

UPSIT Smell Test & smell training
Has anyone taken the UPSIT smell test? What was your experience? I think my sense of smell is just fine. But I scored 31/40 on the UPSIT test which indicates mild microsmia. I had issues with the test. The paper in the booklets already had a sickening sweet smell which distracted my nose from the smells

I said that I would report back after another catheterization. I just inserted a catheter and it went in as if there were virtually no obstruction. Unless it is just expectation and that I can some how control my sphincter which I haven't been able to in over a year, probably two. Getting ready for

No one will believe this
I have had difficult urinating for years. I have posted about catheter horrors and about finally finding one that works, sort of. I believe I have scar tissue at my bladder neck because that is where the cath encounters difficult in insertion. My urologist wanted to do another TURP, no way, it took

3rd IVF Failure. Age 41. Worth going abroad for another try?
Hello ladies, I haven't posted in a while but I've just received news of a BFN today — this is my 3rd BFN with IVF. For this last round, they collected 19 eggs, and transferred 3 day 3 embryos. They weren't top quality. My AMH and FSH are, I'm told, ok for my age. I've always been able to have an ok

Lower Right Quadrant Pain
Hi, I have IBS and about a week ago started up with stabbing/twisting pains in my LRQ after mistakenly eating udon (didn't know it was wheat). I get pain around the belly button, right side and then down into the ileocecal area. Nothing helps. Not Tylenol or castor oil packs. It has waxed and waned for

Help! Is it the AA?
Hello everyone. What a great forum!! I am a 56 year old woman. I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis after breaking my elbow last December. I suspect that this is from my menopause (I was 43). I’ve had a horrendous menopause but was starting to feel much better last year but then I fell.

Only 3 eggs
I'm devastated. Yesterday we had our egg collection and they only found 3. This is our second round of IVF and last time we had 5 - which was considered very low. Since then I've been on all sorts of supplements and both my AMH and FSH had improved considerably. And even in my scans last week my

Does anyone know if taking a better

with more epa and dha might interfere with t4 to t3 conversion in the liver? Or as it thins the blood a little, affect anything there? Still only 1000 in total. If anything I found other symptoms of pms better but wondered about that.

Follicle size day of trigger injection? Accuracy of measurements!
Hi ladies, What size are your follicles on the day of trigger? Does your clinic have a number they look for? I understand they create a “story” based on your hormone blood test results as well as follicle size. Not sure what hormone levels should be do you? Second scan today I have 6 follicles though
