Lavender

Ok so today, I went to shoppers and bought a bottle of lavender oil, was feeling very anxious .. OMG I opened the bottle and had 3 of 4 sniffs breathing it all in and exhaling out and wow did it ever relax me and calm me down... just putting it out there if anyone wants to try it.. It really helped me out... keep me posted if you tried it and it worked for you,,,

I’ve been using lavender oil for some time now, I put a few drops on my pillow every night to help me sleep. I find that I’m usually asleep quite quickly. Like you, I also think it can help with anxiety. 🙂🥱😴

Hello! We have a couple diffusers that we use essential oils in. I put lavender in my youngest sons to help him sleep. I put lemongrass in the one in the basement where our computers are. I find it helpful as well.

Hi, lavender oil is wonderful , I have bottles all over the house and especially by my bed , I also use a lavender spray mist on my bedding

Lavender smells awesome! My psychiatrist told me about a relatively recent study he liked involving Silexan (something from lavender). I bought some expensive, nice-tasting capsules of the brand he recommended though I don't think I noticed any help... maybe that's something that would be worthwhile for you to look into?

I love lavender I sometimes use lavender pillow spray it’s very relaxing
