good morning As you know I have recently upped my supplements to include vitamin d, b complex, k2, magnesium and selenium. I already take cod liver oil on top of my prescribed fluoxetine, Levo, cerazette (birth control) and loratadine(antihistamine). Can I take everything bar the Levo at the same time

I got impetigo and I’m due to get my Covid booster
hi all, hope you are all enjoying the nice weather although from indoors. I was going to the gym up to last week and since Tuesday I got impetigo in my face. At first I thought it was a cold sore but I don’t usually have cold sores and this was itchy and had a runny liquid so I went to the pharmacy and

hi everyone. Hope you’re all ok 🥰 I’m changing clinics and preparing for my 3rd round, tomorrow I have bloods - so the usual AMH, FSH etc - is there anything else I should request? I was thinking testosterone for maybe taking DHEA. Thanks all xx

consultation tomorrow- my Brain is overwhelmed!
we have been trying for a sibling for the past 18 months or so and I’ve been only been getting one or 2 embryos per fresh cycle (7-9 eggs collected) and nothing to freeze (age 41 now). Had a couple of chemicals and a couple of BFNs in that time. The consultant last time was putting it down to my age

OA in hip and right shoulder
I've tried Voltaren, Duloxetine ( which did not stop the pain) Aleve, Tylenol, shot in the hip. I really don't want surgery, I'm 69. I even tried castor oil poultice.Id like just like to manage pain at night so I can sleep.... During the day when I'm up I can deal but nights are the worst.

Levothyroxine and HRT
Hi, I've just had some bloods done due to weight gain, feeling generally unwell, menopausal symptoms and also to review my underactive thyroid, I'm on 125mcg Levothyroxine. My T4 is 21 (range 11.20-20.20), TSH 0.04 (range 0.27-4.20), FSH has been measured at 55.9. My GP wants to start me on HRT. Does

Insomnia and sleep clinics
Has anyone been to a sleep clinic for Insomnia? What happens? What kind of tests do they do? What kind of treatment can be offered? Does it work? I'm 45 and have struggled to sleep for most of my life, certainly from adolescence onwards but every now and then it gets worse. I typically run on 4

Bone marrow transplant possibility and leriglitazone update
An update to which I had previously posted; ,I went to London and met Doctor Robin Lachmann. He is going to start me on the drug soon then I will need to go bk to London after being on it for 4 weeks so they can tweak the dosage. He views this more of a temporary solution though and I think has concerns

From menopur only to combo stims (menopur & gonal-f) - aged 42
Hi ladies, I'm starting another round and wondered if anyone has had luck on both menopur and gonal-f? For my previous 4 cycles I've only been on menopur. This new Dr said I have many follicles at baseline however not enough eggs retrieved and that with extra FSH from gonal-f I may get more eggs. [b

Gonal-F protocol - help in understanding dosage...too high/too low/just right???
Hello all, I am 45 years old with AFC of 8, FSH of 9.2 IU/l (1.5-133.4) and AMH of 10.5 pmol/l (0.1-19.3). My doctor is proposing a protocol of 75 of Meriofort + 300 of Gonal-F for the first 4 days and then 375 of Gonal-F. I am wondering what others think of this protocol (if reasonable given my age

Has any hypothyroidism or Hashimotos patient tried apillean weight loss supplement?
It can cost £50 to £100 per small tub in some places but it's selling but you can make this yourself at home. Alternatively according to this female doctor I spoke to at pub She said"You can use coffee instead of guarana, you can use nori seaweed if tolerated or kelp or tiny amount of wakame or if
