Constipation
This has been awful for weeks now. Using the usual methods to minimize. I've searched far and wide for best intervention and causes. I know structures are a possibility. Diarrhea, bleeding and pain more common so thankful avoided those. Anyone else have this problem and what worked best? I'm

When does supplementation become toxic or counter-productive?
My Dear Fellow Adventurers, Firstly, thank you for the wealth of information and inspiration - having this commuity makes so much difference! I have a question today, that I have already asked both my doctor and pharmacist (neither were able to help): as I add a new supplement every few months

Clear glasses for dry eyes
I do take Omega 3
fish
oil
capsules which are said to help and that definitely do help my arthritis. 😊 I am wondering if buying a pair of glasses with clear lenses would help to keep the eyes moisturised by protecting them from air movements. Bit of a long shot but I am getting desperate.

Starting Meriofert on Friday, has anyone else been on this?
Hi. First time posting. I finished Norethisterone on Saturday (that was fun!). I am due to start my stimulation injections this Friday night. (As long as I have a bleed by then.) I will be on Meriofert 225mg and I was wondering if anyone else is on this amount and what their side effects are, if any

bp very up and down
Most of the time I can coast along and my systolic bp is acceptable but just sometimes it goes up rather for apparently no reason. I then have to start taking Candesartan again for a day or two and then taper off with every other day for a week or so and it goes back down. I do all the deep breathing

How food additives can perhaps affect us: a chocolate story.
I can eat Galaxy chocolate. No problem, and it doesn't trigger my IBS. The other day I ate a Galaxy Ripple bar instead of the ordinary block chocolate. I thought nothing of it, just thought it would be the same as the block chocolate. But it affected my bowel movements the next day, and there

Vitamin D - daily dose?
when I was first diagnosed with PBC my Vit D levels were low so had a high dose supplement which brought levels up to normal range. Bone density scan was OK. With general vitamin supplement and cod liver oil in winter months I take 10 microg of Vit D. I would be interested to hear how much anyone else

blood results
Hi, could anyone help me with my blood tests? I have pernicious anemia and sjogrens. I have multiple nodules on my thyroid including a huge one that is very visible. Swollen feels odd and certain foods are very hard to swallow. I’m extremely tired and have very dry skin. Are these normal? TSH level

Cancelled cycle
Hi everyone, just wanted to see if anyone had experienced a cycle cancellation due to the risk of OHSS. After 8 days of stimulation, I've been told that my cycle had to be cancelled as too many follicles have been developing (29 were seen on the scan) and my estrogen levels were way too high (3,500

Tips on Panic
Hello friends, I am new to the group. Just joined moments ago. I’ve had anxiety most of my life with occasional panic attacks induced by stressful life events (and only lasted about a minute). The last few months my anxiety has gotten worse and I started having more and more frequent panic attacks randomly

Getting circumcised after 7 months of battling with constant Balanitis
I got Balanitis from seemingly nowhere 7 months ago. As soon as I realized something felt off down there I took a trip to the Dr, believing that it would be a relatively easy fix. I was prescribed Clotrimazole, I was so relieved on the way home, thankful for modern medicine. If only I’d known how premature

Medichecks Result and a warning about testing & HRT
Prior to this I was taking Vit C, methylated B complex, D3, K2-MK7, magnesium malate, probiotic, glucosamine, iron, selenium and zinc and omega 3
fish
oil
. It's quite a lot so I was worried I was overdoing it, but it seems not. I eat a normal fairly balanced diet and weight train 3 times a week.
