NHS Targeted Lung Check
However, might they also detect
Fatty
Liver
, Fibrosis or Cirrhosis etc too? Can't see anything to this effect but wondered whether anyone has been diagnosed via this procedure?

Stabbing pains
I’m in the middle of all my tests - looks like I have (perhaps) fibrosis F2/F3 and severe
fatty
liver
. And some mild portal gastropathy. However it’s a pain in the upper abdomen that’s confusing me.

hi Guys - If you have a major
fatty
liver
, let’s say 395 out of 400, can this hide or hinder finding cirrhosis??

CAP score of 299, diagnosed with Cirrhosis
My fibroscan showed 19.6 LSM score and 299 CAP, with a grade 4
fatty
liver
. I have recently started cleaning up my diet and taking some medicine to reduce insulin resistance. I am extremely disturbed and nervous as I struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Encouraging results
Well...the US showed a regular shaped, smooth
liver
with no nodules and only mild
fatty
liver
. Fibroscan was still high at 40, but much better than 10 months ago when it was 74. My liver is recovering from the years of alcohol I have fed it.

raised AST (SGOT) levels and your history with CLL
when i was DX 7 years ago, my AST levels were at around 30. my oncologist hasn't said much about the fluctuations, which have gone up to 50 on occasion. so when i went to see my GP who worked in oncology in another country, told me that i have mild
fatty
liver
, i was shocked as i was obviously unaware

Fibrosis?
An ultrasound in August 23 noticed a
fatty
liver
. So, can you still get scarring of the liver even if my LFT’s are elevated but not ridiculously high?
