Fibrosis?
An ultrasound in August 23 noticed a
fatty
liver
. So, can you still get scarring of the liver even if my LFT’s are elevated but not ridiculously high?

CAP score of 299, diagnosed with Cirrhosis
My fibroscan showed 19.6 LSM score and 299 CAP, with a grade 4
fatty
liver
. I have recently started cleaning up my diet and taking some medicine to reduce insulin resistance. I am extremely disturbed and nervous as I struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

6-7 months
The question I have is this: does it not seem like 6-7 months is an extremely rapid time frame for my
liver
to go from a mildly
fatty
liver
to cirrhosis? I know that none of you are doctors, but you've all had some experience with liver disease, so I wanted to get your impressions.

Also, to ask if you guys think it's likely for a mildly
fatty
liver
to transform into cirrhosis in only 6-7 months? I've read online that it would be highly unusual for it to progress that rapidly, but I thought I'd consult people with liver disease and knowledge of it.

Severe Fatty Liver
Hi, I have just diagnosed with severe
fatty
liver
. Nurse told me it's grade 3. I have searched Google and its shows that this stage is irreversible and I may have few years left. Can some one help me and guide what I should do?

🤷♀️I also have
fatty
liver
. I was carrying a bit of extra weight but not overly big but have since changed my diet and go to the gym regularly so now have lost a stone which takes me into lower end of healthy BMI.
