This really helped although I am doing this against medical advice as the GPS act like I’m injecting crack cocaine or doing something stupid and unnecessary when in reality B12 injections were the only thing that worked for me and the only thing that improved my symptoms of

Fibro diagnosis finally
I wondered if any of you have found any supplements that help with the
fatigue
and pain. I found an ointment called Warrior Balm, that's great for pain wherever it flares up for you, it's been a god send. Wishing you all well on your journeys x

More on statins
Slowly over past 2 months the
fatigue
has returned worse than ever. Couldn't get out of my own way. Spent the days on the couch. Then I recalled my GP from 20 years ago mentioning that statins deplete the body of CoQ10...

Aortic Valve Replacement Monitoring
I am well and apart from some chest discomfort and
fatigue
pretty much back to normal but I’d at least want my meds reviewed to see if I could drop Bisoprolol soon. I’d be interested in others experiences of ongoing monitoring, NHS and private

Losing track of where you are while driving
We are awaiting my sleep apnea test as I snore and suffer from excessive
fatigue
spending most of my time on the couch or in my bed reading or working on my laptop. My MPN specialist also suggested the sleep study. saying that it was not red blood cell related.

1 Year on Besremi results
Besremi side-effects have been tolerable, and have consisted of feeling a little crummy a day or two after injections, slightly increased
fatigue
at times, and some random arthritic pains.

Possible IBD?
I have no family history of Crohn’s, no noticeable blood, and no weight loss or
fatigue
. I know that people here are not doctors but I’d love to hear your thoughts. Apologies for such a long post.

Should I be worried about suppressed TSH
I am 61 years old and was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroditis and Chronic
Fatigue
in 2004. My only health issue is very erratic sleep (one night 8 and a half hours, the next 4) which I handle by resting in the afternoon on the bad nights.

Fatigue
I am not having pain, just
fatigue
. Should I wait a couple of days or jump dosage back up. I know this is around level we need adrenal glands to start kicking in. Could just be that they aren’t awake yet.

Is this Adrenal Insufficiency ???
My problem is I am at a different level of
Fatigue
, nausea, some dizziness and insomnia off the scale . I have been on 5 mg for almost 3 months and for a while I seemed to improve then have a blip then pick up …… the last 4 weeks are very different . I would say a little scary at times .

Another update on potential meds intolerance
In the meantime I'm ordering compounded testosterone cream, endo says it should help with
fatigue
and libido. Very tired of these experiments, all I know is that I have issues tolerating meds, potentially need to split them and change a little.

T3 dosage going wrong?
Fatigue
still bad. Tummy pains went when I ate and gallbladder pain went too. After the 3rd week started to feel rough like I am going backwards. Had a blood test 18/10/23 (still not got results) am I able to ask endo nurses for results?
