After having POTS with heart rate 180 just from standing and blackoits I developed extremely big fear of passing out. I ve never actually passed out but I have severe dizziness and fatigue and stay in bed 22 hours a day because of this and the fear to walk. This has been going for 3 yrs now. I always feel like I ll fall asleep or pass out if I stand more than 5min. I am shaking when I have to go out altho my body is in pretty good condition I cant learn to trust my body.

Hi I take it you`ve spoken to the doctor to try and find out how you are feeling like this.

Yes, I was to so many doctors. My body crashed after covid and started blacking out which led to severe anxiety and chronic fatigue
