The mighty Atom !

The Atom of course is the car in the picture, The 'Arial Atom'

I came across it on my walk today !

So yes, I'm still walking , still doing the stage 4 rehab at the gym but unfortunately still having to battle the plantar Fasciitis so the running is quite infrequent at the moment .

It's been a case of which excercise I can manage on any given day as I am also working again now albeit just part time .

So still a good recovery so far , I am managing to maintain my healthy weight and starting to introduce a few more carbohydrates into my diet so all in all very pleased with the progress 😊

Great progress! Sorry about the foot issues, but terrific that you are still managing to maintain fitness. Hopefully running will return for you.

Glad that you are keeping reasonably well Ian, that's a good photo of that Arial Atom, it probably can travel around Silverstone at 150mph or more.

Pity about the plantar fasciitis preventing you ftom running, but you are continuing with your remarkable recovery so it's a very well done from me!

Nice car!! Sorry to hear still having problems about your plantar fasciitis. It’s a bummer. It will make a difference getting back to work, you’re definitely making progress. Thumbs up to you.

I'm so glad you are still getting out and about on your long road to recovery, at least managing to keep your weight under control is a plus, with me my weight increases like mad when I can't exercise enough.

My husband swapped our Ford Escort for a Capri I was horrified I said it felt like lying in bed 😳 I absolutely loved it though πŸ₯°. So much so I kept it and he had to buy himself another one πŸ™‚

Mine was a lovely one. A Calypso in two tone green πŸ₯° It drove through snow like a knife through butter which always amazed me 😁
