Cauliflower and pea soup. 🥣
Hi everyone, Here's what I had for dinner tonight its a cauliflower and pea soup as I had the cauliflower and peas left from yesterday so I blended them with a small diced onion a little ginger and black pepper and a can of coconut milk, I sprinkled a little sage on top. It was easy to make and tasted

Recipe - bubble & squeak sweet potato skins
I got this recipe in a magazine about a month or so ago and liked it so much I have made it regularly ever since. It is a healthy recipe and, of course, sweet potatoes (unlike "normal" potatoes) count as one of your five a day. I eat it at lunch with salad and cold meat or have it for dinner with a steak

NIGHT SWEATS
I would appreciate input from members on Night Sweats. Although I am a little over two years in W&W, and I understand very well the symptoms my Hematologist/Oncologist will look for regarding triggers for treatment (RBC count, Platelet Count, increased infections, and Night Sweats) I am uncertain if

TW: disordered eating
I thought I was recovering. I really thought I was. I began eating and without reserve while still losing weight. I feel like I'm relapsing into not eating again. I reward myself when I feel those pants of hunger and I punish myself when I feel full. Is relapse normal?

Newbie weigh-in question
Hi all, looking forwards to getting to know you on this journey. I've been on a weight control journey for what seems like my whole life. I completely stopped dieting for a number of years because it was actually making me gain weight and then I was maintaining, admittedly an obese weight, but it wasn't

Beef Cobbler with Cheese and Rosemary Scones for Lytham's Casserole Off
I apologise for the picture, it doesn't do justice to the casserole, however, in future I would add more stock, as the scones soak up a lot of the gravy. It tastes fantastic! Even if I do say so myself! :D
INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PORTIONS
900g braising/stewing/chuck steak cut into cubes 3 tbsp coconut

Swede & carrot fritters
Hi everyone and here’s a pic of tonight’s tea. I made the fritter idea up and although they fell apart a bit, they were well yummy. Chop half a swede and 3 medium carrots into small chunks, steam for about ten minutes then mash with butter. Stir in a fried onion, a large egg and a handful of grated cheddar
