Hi guys, how's everyone doing?

I'm am on a roll now have have changed a number of things and I am on day 3 and feeling OK. I have finally got rid of the itches no thanks to the doctors.

I had a lovely bath in an old type of soap called wright's, I just put it in the water and soaked in it for half hour, then had a wash in it. I then covered, and I mean covered my self in aquas cream.

That night I slept so well. Give it a go!

A new thing I have learnt is put a bar of soap under the bed sheet at the bottom of where your feet go. It helps if you have restless legs. I find it good.

Another thing I changed my toothbrush to an electric one, it really helps my wrist I don't need to do a thing.

Can't wait to hear from you guys. Please give this lot a try xxx

Glad to hear you're feeling better. Restless legs can be so unbearable especially when you just want to have a decent night's sleep. My twitching is mainly menopausal and of course fibro related - magnesium spray can be bbeneficial. Take care:)

Hi Keldog, sorry if this is a daft question, is that the Wrights Coal Tar soap? I'll get my daughter some, she suffers terribly with itching and if she can get some relief from anything it's worth a try xx

Hello willow51

I was given this by a good friend, all I know it is an old soap called wright's and gas tar in it, it's in a orange wrapper.

Sorry I can't help more. But hope it works well worth the try, also try the aqua cream along with it
