Sebaceous cysts? Anyone know how to shrink them?
I removed a cyst on my head when I was a child and it simply grew back within one year. I find them so difficult to get rid of and I'm not sure how to; I can't keep having surgery. Does anyone know how to get rid of them naturally? I've tried castor oil and aloe vera with no success.

Upper Arm Weakness and PAIN
Okay, so this may seem funny, so if you have to laugh go right ahead. There's a lot that we are not told when having an ablation. On my second ablation, when I was awoke from GA - under about 4.5 hours, I overheard the nurse say to the recovery nurse that I had had SEVEN cardioversions. The third ablation

Control and Treatment of SIBO and IBS
Hello, this is my general response to help people find a baseline. First, go to the doctors and get yourself checked for intestinal infections, and whatever other tests they want to do. Most people find they are all clear, and that IBS is a condition brought on by our modern diet, freely accessible

Fatigue fighters, please
I have primary sjogrens markers, dry mouth and nose, supposedly dry eyes, no systemic issues to date. My teeth have had severe issues. Dealing with that by brushing/rinsing/gargling with Aloe Vera. I've managed issues like brain fog with herbals/vites; working on dry skin issues now. The issue I really

Helping your teeth and mouth
I have primary sjogrens markers, dry mouth and nose, supposedly dry eyes, no systemic issues to date. My teeth have suffered badly. Most of my molars are gone; I am working on having their roots removed, it's a $s issue. For a couple of years while this was ongoing, I had several tooth infections

Help for itchy, dry skin.
My skin has always been very dry, but has changed over previous months, feeling much more dry and uncomfortable with patches of eczema developing. (Am hypothyroid). On friend's recommendation have been using Equimins Udder Cream - 1 kg Tub - Eqs0367. It's actually for horses but is a non-greasy

TSW - What helps
Topical Withdrawal Syndrome TWS is one of my most painful experiences . Even though I avoid the use of topical steroids now, some creams I use can bring back a milder form of those painful symptoms. My skin has gotten so sensitive!. I can tell you though, wash your face only with water if you are experiencing
