Sebaceous cysts? Anyone know how to shrink them?

I removed a cyst on my head when I was a child and it simply grew back within one year. I find them so difficult to get rid of and I'm not sure how to; I can't keep having surgery. Does anyone know how to get rid of them naturally? I've tried castor oil and aloe vera with no success.

A sebaceous cyst needs to be removed entirely (surgically) with the sac or the cells will just fill up again and again.
