Hi Rosie. Please don't beat yourself up about the lack of symptoms. it is such early days, and most only experience side effects from the progesterone pessaries. Just keep up with any precribed medication and test on the day your clinic has recommended. keeping my fingers crossed for you. Diane
Hi Rosie, I had absolutely no symptoms during my last FET. All my previous ones I've had some little bits here and there that made me think it had worked - but nope - all BFN. This last one - not a symptom in sight - BFP!!
Hello, like Millbanks i had no obvious symptoms during my fresh cycle (4th transfer) and it worked. I’m pregnant with twins and still don’t have any screaming symptoms! So try not to symptom spot ☘️🤞🏻💗 xx
Hiyaaa I am one day behind you and in exactly same boat - I feel like period is coming and I am on progynova, crinone, ultrogest, Lubion and Lentogest 😂 I have to laugh or I will cry!
Aww bless nice to know someone is on the same boat as me at the same time and i totally know the feeling but we got stay positive and i will pray we both and all the other ladies get there BFPs. Do keep me posted 👍 xxx
To complete the TWW sandwich I am a day ahead of you. I had quite strong symptoms on my first fresh almost straight away (boobs were so sore and swollen I couldn't sleep, definite and quite intense twinges in the same place), then on the second fresh only really the twinges. I got spotting with the second that got darker but not with the first. Both BFPs from 5dp5dt and beyond OTD. The first I had much stronger lines than the second. Sadly they didn't last but i learned that the symptoms don't seem to mean much. Could have been because on the first I was on oestrogen and progesterone whereas the second just low-ish dose of progesterone, or just chance.
This is my first FET and I got sudden intense cramps on the morning of 2dp5dt - they woke me up. They didn't last more than 20mins. A few twinges/cramps in the general area but that's it. Tbh I wouldn't even have given a second thought to either were I not so hyper aware (and let's face it, desperate!) and the cramps could just have easily been from the transfer, the meds, my dinner... I'm on Ultrogestan x3, oestrogen, and lubion x2.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I really hope we get our BFP! And the next 4-5 days fly by (which at the moment dont seem to be moving). Spent last night just google searching i know its not good but im getting a little frustated now 🤷🏻♀️ Let me know how you get on yourself too xx
We got a positive after our fresh transfer, but I only had symptoms from the progesterone pessaries really I think looking back. Also could have been period signs - all can resemble each other I realised, so I agree with it is best to try not to symptom spot - but it is so hard I know!! You just want to know straight away if it has worked or not - but you just got to let your body do it’s thing - and sadly this is something we cannot control. And letting go of control is tough, and you want to protect yourself!
I just wanted to wish you all the best for Tuesday!! Sending positive vibes and hope it is successful for you!! 🤞🧡
