Jim's latest PSA went from 0.1 in July to <0.1 the end of August. Not sure if that means undetectable, but it sounds like very good news to me. Also, Testosterone is still at <10. It took me two days to get the courage to look at results , gotta quit making myself sick every month.
Anyway, thank you all again for listening.

PSA anxiety test it is. But hallelujah Jim has reach the holey grail of undetectability ! This is the best that we can hope for. Now let him stay under the radar for many happy years to come!🤙🏽
Excellent result. I haven't had an ADT injection since March. June result for PSA was 0.1 just had my 3 monthly test again and it's0.2. I was worried it'd be higher congratulations on the result
If he's still on ADT (assuming he was ever on it) - that's a good result, but don't be surprised if it eventually rises just a bit into detectable 6 months after ADT is over and his testosterone recovers (mine hovers between undetectable <0.1 and 0.1 - and that's just fine according to my 3 doctors..) My T= >275-325 depending on the test. That's old-man OK level, it had been < 10 when on Lupron.
One other factor that can change your PSA numbers is finasteride. That is sometimes used for BHP to shrink the prostate. The general consensus is to double your PSA number if you're on finasteride. I quit finasteride since it wasn't helping (and was giving me boobs) and that's when I went from <0.1 to 0.1. I'm still oscillating between <0.1
Anyway - great results for Jim, and the above are all reasons not to obsess over small changes in PSA numbers - particularly after radiation/ADT (instead of chop and cut..) If the PSA numbers consistently increased and started to get near a whole number - that's when I'd be concerned.
