Qlaira pills
hello everyone! first of all, I hope this message is not inaccurate. I previously asked two moderators about it but as I didn't get a response I decided to take the risk. I don't know if anyone else had the same problem I faced when trying to buy Qlaira pills here (a combined oral contraceptive pill

Just had another round of blood tests. First, and most importantly, PSA dropped to 0.02 (Ulta Lab test lowest limit, but not >0.02) from 0.06 at 6-month post-SRT. Am now at 10-month post-SRT and will have UC lab test again at 12 months. However, here are hormone related results. First number is from

ADT & the gut microbiome.
New study from Japan below [1]. Not good, & presumably worse for the more efficient Abiraterone than Lupron, say. DHEA to increase free testosterone?
Has anyone used DHEA to increase their free testosterone? It is a precursor to testosterone (DHEA->androstenedione->testosterone). Effect of acute DHEA administration on free testosterone in middle-aged and young men following high-intensity interval training - PubMed https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

PSA rising while on ADT mono therapy
After 4 years of being hormone sensitive PSA is rising now while on single ADT (Zoladex). Is this when I become castrate resistant. What are the symptoms confirming this. Do you need testosterone to rise as well as the PSA to confirm castrate resistant. I asked for PET scan but might not be approved

I've been on Nubeqa as a sole agent for last 30 months and PSA has raised to 4.0 after staying under 2.0 for the first 2 years. I've lost a lot of strength and muscle mass from the Nubeqa and after reading about cyclic testosterone treatment I discussed it with my MO. His attitude was "ok, let's try

Hi Gentlemen, just a question..... I have had orchedectomy and been taking cyproterone for 4 years or so. I understand it stops adrenal gland production of potential testosterone. I have been in remission since the nuts left....is it safe to stop using the drug. I stopped a couple of months ago and the
