I have pituitary failure and am now taking medication to replace some of the missing parts. However I am still short of testosterone replacement which my Endo says is off license. Can anyone recommend where to purchase some testosterone gel by private message only please.

I think your Endo may be adhering a little bit too closely to the “book”—it’s off licence for treating low libido in post menopausal women but if you have pituitary failure that’s not what you’d be taking it for.
I think I’d try challenging that standpoint before trying to source it without a prescription.
I can’t find it now in the BNF—but my OH used to be prescribed testosterone patches. They’re probably become too expensive.
