3rd collection the worst yet ðŸ˜
I had my third EC on Friday. My last two I had five eggs on both, with good fertilisation rates. However this last collection ended in just the two eggs. I’ve had the call this morning to say transfer is likely to be cancelled as they’ve both fertilised abnormally. To be honest I wish I could just not

DHEA Stopped my periods
A couple of months ago my consultant recommended I take DHEA as I was diagnosed with DOR. I gained some advice from some lovely people about checking DHEA and my testosterone levels. Both came back in the high normal range for my age. I took a small dose of DHEA (10mg) for a couple of weeks but really

Help. Not sure that my Onco understands BAT. This is a short summary of my treatments Jan 2019 to present. Dec 2018 PSA 176 Gleason 9.  Casodex only one month (PSA 33) Lupron (PSA Nadir 0.76) Lupron + Zytiga, Orchiectomy + Zytiga (PSA Nadir with Zytiga = 2.74)  Zytiga failed but continued

Can grumpiness, mood swings, etc, be directly attributable to levels of testosterone due to Prostrate Cancer?
Having recently being diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, I have found bad mood swings, prickly as a porcupine, not nice to be near symptoms more frequent.

Diagnosed with osteoporosis after 9 years on warfarin
I was originally diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018, but probably had it for 5 or more years before that. After an aortic valve replacement in 2013 with the On-X valve, I was prescribed warfarin. Studies link warfarin to osteoporosis, In Oct. 2021, I started on Orgovyx. I recently had a Vit. D serum

Is it normal to feel anxious when adding Armour?
I just started taking an extra 1/4 grain of Armour. I feel a bit edgy and anxious. Is this typical for an adjustment period? My previous dose was 88mcg Synthroid and 1/4 grain Armour. Adding 1/4 grain because my most recent lab results were this: August 9, 2022 TSH - 4.12 mIU/L …Range: .4-4.50 mIU

Can DIM Really Play It Both Ways?
If this is so, seemingly DIM would be managing both "disruptive enzymes" and their processes that could lead
testosterone
down pathways toward the "bad hormonal actors" DHT and estrogen/
estradiol
. Is DIM so "brilliant" that it can really "play it both ways?"

New results after 4 months ADT not good. Any advice ?
I restarted ADT in June after a rise of PSA to 18.9. After a few years off(read my bio) it seems like the criters are back after me. One month of firmigon and 3 months on Orgovyx and my test results came back today at PSA 27.98 and Testosterone 20. The T seems reasonable but my PSA should be dropping

Who is bothered most by ADT side effects and why?
Interesting that they did not mention exercise Who is bothered most by ADT side effects and why? April 18, 2022 If you are on ADT or know many men who have been on ADT, you know that there is great variation in how easy it is to tolerate ADT. Some men report few side effects and little bother

Hey Lupron, where's my side effects?
Hello everyone, I got my first Lupron shot about 9 weeks back. When I saw my Onc at 7 weeks I told him that I could not clearly identify any side effects. He wasn't surprised, but I sure am! He did say that I would have noticed by then, but I'm wondering if the bomb has yet to drop

Low Testosterone Linked to Hospitalization for COVID - By Kristen Monaco, Staff Writer, MedPage Today, September 2, 2022
This research is in direct contrast to the earlier held notion that "low T" (say, via ADT) is protective for COVID. Unfortunately, the research completely evades the issue of suppressed T due to ADT in the PCa patient population. However, the earlier notion that low T provides a protective benefit was

Please help me form a plan of action based on my blood results!
Just got my bloods back and would appreciate any advice what all these could mean and/or how I can myself get well(er) as I am not at all convinced this knowledge will ever come from my clueless but kind GP and NHS Endo. By way of background, thyroid disease runs in my family, and I have had years

DHEA Advice
I just wanted a little bit of advice about DHEA. Before I started taking DHEA I took a testosterone and DHEA-S blood test. Both came back above normal for my age. I’ve started taking a small amount of DHEA (10mg) but it really doesn’t seem to agree with and I’m still struggling it. Any advice or guidance

35 Years Old - No Morning Erections for 5 years and Difficulty Maintaining Erection During Sex and Masturbating
Hi, I have noticed for the past 5 years I have not had a morning erection and recently erections have become weaker during sex and masturbation. I switched from Sertraline 100mg to Mirtazapine 45mg 3 months ago as I was told Sertraline can cause erection problems and that Mirtazapine would have less
