Fluctuating AMH Levels and then huge decline in one year.
Hi, I am just interested in whether anyone has been in a similar position. I am 34. I had my AMH and AFC tested 3 months before I turned 34. My AFC was good at 19 but my AMH was low for my age at 8.9. Two weeks later, I got my AMH retested and it was 6.2. I thought AMH wasn’t meant to change that much

Blood tests to monitor while on ADT..etc
Hi, Currently, on ADT, I'm about four months in on Lupron of an 18-month prescription. Trying to do all the right things (diet/exercise.e.tc). I'm meeting with my RO in March, for the 3-month reivew, so I will test PSA and testosterone, but I also wonder if there are any other tests I should consider

Lupron was helpful
I have been on Lupron for about seven months. It was quite effective in not only reducing PSA levels (to 0.7 from 23.73) but also in decreasing prostate hyperplasia. My urinary flow was improved within two week of Lupron injection. I also started on Zytiga about two months ago at a reduced dose of

I'm being my own health detective, but need help!
Hello, first-time poster here, and worried, so please be gentle...! 😔 I'm a woman approaching 50 😬 and have had so many crappy - but not serious - things happening. Aches, pains, fatigue, lethargy, brain fog, insomnia, blah blah blah. All part of the aging process, I figured. Not great, and definitely

My husband has lived with PC for around 14 years & has been on lupron injections since. 250 mg Zytiga & 5 mg prednisone were added 3 years ago. & despite usual hot flashes, fatigue, blood pressure ups & downs, did well. The last 6 months he has been extremely fatigued, shaky, lightheaded. His blood

Relugolix/Orgovyx with pelvic radiation?
My PSA is increasing once again beyond the detectable level. 9 years ago had RPT. 6 years ago had follow up PBRT only upon a detectable psa rise. See history in profile. My recent PSA is at 0.364. I have a PSMA PET scan scheduled at UCSF in April. Should the scan show metastasis in the pelvic

Starting TMS Therapy
Hello All, I haven't been on here much lately because i've been dealing with a setback that started during the holidays that spiraled into fatigue and some depression/anxiety. It seems like I go along doing well and being able to cope and enjoy my life for 3 or 4 months and then have a setback and wind

anything different to do after another failed fet?
hi all, this is my first post here. Sadly I received the news that my 3rd fet cycle failed today. My clinic has changed the protocol of each cycle with this one being more intense I.e. short down regulation (about 2 weeks) with buserline for mild ademiosis, lubion + pessaries for progestrone, patches

I don’t understand!
On Friday jim was in the hospital for his 3 month internal stent replacement. Blood work all within normal range. It seems like in the last few months he was using the catheter less and less and doing so much better. No urinary tract infections any more., but a few days before the surgery he had terrible

Testosterone Blood Test Results Appear To Be Lab Dependent
My prior post had my testosterone blood test result increase from undetectable to 45. In reviewing the data I note that my Mass lab reported <0.5 ng/dL on 10/5/21 and my Florida lab reported 31 ng/dL the following week. Now I see that the undetectable values come from Mass where Florida is 30-45, significantly

low testosterone
Has anyone experienced hypothyroidism and low testosterone? My husband has most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism (TSH test 1.4) and has been diagnosed as having low testosterone (below what is considered low). The NIH has a study that says if the thyroid is treated the testosterone levels will rise
