Estradiol patches for FET coming off

Any advice welcome…I am on estradiol patches 2 x weekly for my FET.

The patches are secure but are coming loose before the 3.5 days is up. My current patch has only been on 2 days and has mainly come off, I have tried to secure it back down with micropore tape but not sure what to do.

Worried I f I apply another patch the dose will be too high.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm on these and have only had one time when they came off early, which was during summer when it was mega hot. Where are you putting them? I find that having them on my upper thigh seems to work and they don't crumple up/fall off!

Have it on lower abdomen currently, but will try another area next time.

I also tried tegaderm patches over the top of mine!

Hi Cricril. Such a nuisance when this happens. Try "ButtercupGarden's" advice and use your thigh. Good luck! Diane

I’m currently using them and have put on upper thigh and in the shower avoid soaping that small area and then avoid any body lotion near that area too. Someone advised me on Sunday that their clinic said place the patch in areas where Kylie Minogue wears hot pants. Hope that helps x

I have same issue I’m allergic to the glue also which makes it so itchy! My only advice is to not put them on when first out shower allow body to cool first and yeh avoid getting them to wet in the shower.

thanks! It’s bad…I’m literally having to replace them every 2 days and I’m nervous it’s too much dosage…I’ve tried diff locations but appears to be the same problem. Good luck
