When to apply Oestrogen gel
Hello there I recently switched from the Estradot patches to Oestrogel as I wasn’t absorbing the patches well. I am now struggling to find a consistent time to put on the gel. When i work from home I will exercise in the morning, so shower twice. I worry i wash of the gel if I put it on first thing

Levothyroxine & Midodrine
hello, I wonder if anyone has any experience taking levothyroxine & midodrine at the same time. I was started on midodrine 3-4 weeks ago and have just increased to 5mg 3x a day as these have a short half life and I have to take my last one 2-3pm to prevent impact to my sleep, it has been tight to fit

Bleeding before FET
I’m due to have my first FET in 2 days time. In the last 24 hours I’ve had cramps and spotting. I’ve been taking 2mg estradiol 3 times daily and started cyclogest pessaries 400mg 3 days ago. I contacted the consultant who advised me to increase the progesterone to 3 times daily. Also we’ll do a scan

Normal total T, lowish free T
Went to get some hormones blood work done. Here are the result readings: Total Testosterone: 654 ng/dl (264-892) Free Testosterone: 11.6 pg/mL (9.3-26.5) Estradiol: 21.7 pg/mL (11-43) I really don’t know what to make out of those results as I don’t have any problems associated with sex drive or

Anastrozole with BAT question
As I experiment with BAT (to the horror of some), one of my doctors has strongly told me to limit Anastrozole to 0.5 mg once every two months or, at most, 0.5 mg at the time of injection and 0.5 mg one week later, saying “anastrozole only stops the conversion to estradiol. 2-OHE1 and 16a-OHE1 are

Provera dosage
Hello everyone, I started Provera this morning and have a question about dosage. The IVF nurse sent me a document about the timeline of my treatment, but instead of Norethisterone as is on the doc, I’m using Provera before the stim phase. She did tell me about this change, but we didn’t talk about

HRT newbie help! NHS appointment, finally!
I needed a post of my own after "130396"s post today about Utrogestan and Estradot. It's taken almost 7 months but my NHS phone appointment is finally around the corner now, next Thursday. GP was reluctant to prescribe HRT herself. My periods first stopped in September 2020, then made a reappearance

Medichecks Result and a warning about testing & HRT
Apologies for the long post (my first) and thank you if you manage to get to the end of it. Bit of history first (there's more in my bio), after 7 years of being bedbound with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, I was finally prescribed combination T3/T4 in 2018. I hadn't had my bloods checked since 2019

Is it normal to feel anxious when adding Armour?
I just started taking an extra 1/4 grain of Armour. I feel a bit edgy and anxious. Is this typical for an adjustment period? My previous dose was 88mcg Synthroid and 1/4 grain Armour. Adding 1/4 grain because my most recent lab results were this: August 9, 2022 TSH - 4.12 mIU/L …Range: .4-4.50 mIU

Diagnosed with osteoporosis after 9 years on warfarin
I was originally diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018, but probably had it for 5 or more years before that. After an aortic valve replacement in 2013 with the On-X valve, I was prescribed warfarin. Studies link warfarin to osteoporosis, In Oct. 2021, I started on Orgovyx. I recently had a Vit. D serum

Covid prior to ivf
I tested positive for covid last Friday, but negative both Saturday and today. I’m due to start stims either tomorrow or Tuesday. I was barely ill- I had a cough for a day and that was it. We think it’s likely my partner had it as well, he was even less symptomatic, just a scratchy throat for 24hrs at

A case to push for darolutamide.
out of 68 known Variants that escaped treatment darolutamide is effective against all but one. This article is from june 2021. it is a invitro study so it needs vitro study, then insilico AI to further confirm but it is still important. And even shows resistant variants to abiraterone, corticosteroids

My 51 Month tE2 (transdermal estradiol) Results
Just received my recent blood test results and needless to say that I'm thrilled with the numbers! Still, the ONLY side effect is some degree of gynecomastia which isn't a big deal since I'm still able to do my gym routine five nights/week plus doing 4 sets of 18 rep pull-ups (2 with hands facing forward

Notethisterone- to control my cycle but no period
Hello Ladies, Got a question, because I have PCOS, my clinic prescribed me Norethisterone 5mg to control my cycle. I am a bit concerned, last month I had my period 3 days after I stopped taking my medication, this month it’s already 4 days, no period sign nor having lower abdomen pain/cramp. How long
