Got a question, because I have PCOS, my clinic prescribed me Norethisterone 5mg to control my cycle. I am a bit concerned, last month I had my period 3 days after I stopped taking my medication, this month it’s already 4 days, no period sign nor having lower abdomen pain/cramp. How long should i wait and contact the clinic. Has anyone experienced the same. I am due to fly next month for my treatment but cannot get my head round as my period has not arrived

I’ve taken northisterone a few times now and period usually comes between 5-7 days if that helps? You could always call them for advise if you are worried? Best of luck
Thank you dear... a bit relief now... fingercross xx
Hiya, I have just finished my northisterone and my clinic said between 3 and 7 days and it came on day 6, so I would wait a few more days before panicking x
Mine has come on day 5 before, day 4 or day 3 after. So some variation! And as others have said, could be 3-7 days! Try not to panic! (I also didn't get cramps as expecting, it just came- at midnight as well!)Hoping it comes soon for you so you can be reassured and finalise those dates!
Thank you for the kind supportive message, it finally come this morning. Was panicking as I am trying my next cycle overseas and had taken days off from work and most importantly- all my flights and hotels book... finger cross for next week. It's been a 10 years battle
I also have PCOS and my clinic said it can take up to 10 days to come. My first cycle of using it, I got my period on day 10 and my second cycle was day 4. Please don’t worry. They will come soon xx
