Hi I am 57 and have just changed from HRT patches to100mg progesterone and estradiol gel , the tablets recommend take on an empty stomach at night should I use the gel at the same time as I had planned to use the gel after my morning shower ?

I did my gel in the morning after my shower and progesterone in evening just before bed. I’m now on the spray and do it the same way one evening one in the morning

Thank you that’s what I have done , how quickly did this work for you ?

It was working well, but due to limited supply on the gels the last few months have been very testing but it’s because of the different dosage but not to bad really better than full on symptoms
