Does aloe vera, coconut oil or castor oil work for it? Which all exercises I must do to thicken my hair? What all things must be done for this???

I am sorry I cannot help. I am at present having my eighth bout of alopecia areata which has been yearly. Going abroad with wigs isn't my ideal but have to do so.

This, of course, isn't the same as 'thinning hair/losing hair' but it is of concern to many people. Mine is an autoimmune condition.

This is a positive link and I hope it is helpful.

rosserk ~ thanks for this... I had thought of trying it when I spotted it in the chemist one day... then promptly forgot all about it😳. Helpful to have a recommendation too👍I'll give it a try! Nothing to lose except the rest of my hair lol! 💕xx.

it’s brilliant give it a good shot! Use the conditioner very sparingly and you only need a tiny amount of shampoo to get a good lather. Massage it in well 💐

This is another link about the connection of minerals and hypo/hair loss in hypo:

I shall have to have to check on my zinc.

Thank you for posting shaws👍I'm upping my zinc now. 😊 Just been out and bought viridian balanced zinc complex, I have really bad lines on my nails, too, which had nearly gone, but have reappeared since I upped the T3😳.

I'm feeling better, not worse, so I've been wondering if it's the zinc/copper I need. I was only taking a bit of liquid zinc ~ don't think it's enough now. I'll probably still end up with a wig/turban, but it's worth a try. Thanks again for the motivation!✨🌟✨ xx

Depends what's causing you to lose your hair. But I don't know of any exercises that will help. Nor can you force hair to grow quickly. It grows at its own pace.

Indeed supplements can certainly stop thinning and hairfall somewhat when one suffers from thyroid issues...and I have also discovered a new found love for lovely silk scarves. But there was one topical treatment that I was delighted with when I tried it... Klorane brand Quinine Shampoo & conditioner. This beautiful product made my hair feel semi normal after using it. Whether it is doing my hair good, or is merely a cosmetic solution for a long term problem...it makes me feel pretty. And I think we can all agree that us Thyroid patients deserve to feel good...even if its only for a short time between washes. google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q...
