Type 2 diabetes medication shown to benefit asthma patients.
Type 2 diabetes patients who also have asthma are benefitting from a diabetes medication, typically given to help the pancreas produce more insulin, that also improves asthma symptoms and may reduce lung and airway inflammation. These types of medication — GLP-1 receptor agonists — are a newer class

What should I do next ?
I'd be grateful for advice on my latest blood test results and recent health history about what I should be doing next. I have hypothyroidism with Hashimoto and the last year has been quite up-and-down. I am now taking 50 mcg/day of Levo (Accord). My health history and blood test results are in my profile

9DPFET ... 5 day blastocyst, HCG at 7 on today’s test. my heart died a little bit.
I have done everything I could this time, ERA, immune suppressant, claxane, metformin, asprin, p4 oil shots. And yet, the HCG says 7. Doctor told me not to be too hopeful.

B12 Oral Spray
B12 oral spray I am posting this up on the forum to give you my account of what happened when I tried the oral B12 spray. I was sceptical as to whether it would have any effect. As a psychotherapist, I am well aware of the placebo effect and do not claim that my experience will be the same as that of

NASH - how long before early cirrhosis becomes stage 4?
How long before cirrhosis goes from early stage to end stage? I don’t fit the mold for this, however, a recent fibroscan showed stage F4 and 4 random liver biopsies confirmed cirrhosis. However my endoscopy was clear. I have dropped 24 pounds in 3 months with keto(low carb) and don’t have much more

How to know where a doc stands, without first becoming a patient?
This question could be generalized, to cover any concern about what treatments a doc might be willing or unwilling to pursue with a patient for ANY condition, but I was thinking more in terms of men with PC who are wondering if certain other docs might be more flexible than their current docs with off-label

B12 deficiency and neuropathy
Hi, I'm a retired psychotherapist and was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 twenty two years ago. I'm concerned about the side effects of metformin especially since it affects B12 absorption which has led to my neuropathy. I now have balance issues which I believe is down to my nerve damage in both legs
