I am a DCM patient for 3 years. Initially was on spironolactone combined with torsemide 10 mg daily. On fluid restriction of 1000 ml to 1250 ml per day. Carvedelol 3.125 mg twice daily, dapagliflozin 5 mg once daily, pantaprozole 40 mg once daily, atoravastatin 10 mg , clopidegril 75 mg, Febuoxostat 40 mg (for uric acid) tamsulosin 0.4 mg for benign prostate are the other tablets I take alongwith Boerhavia diffusa (herbal diuretic) twice daily.

After 1 & a half years reduced to 5 mg daily. Again due to constant weight gain and reoccurring PND advised to take 10 mg daily. My present serum creatinine is 1.7 & serum urea is 42.

To prevent a further rise in creatinine & urea, kindly advise me what to ADD & what to DROP in diet as well as other ways please.
