Advice on New Results Please

Following on from my last post Re emergency hospital visit, I have now upped the dose back to the regular 150 Levo I was on prior to hospital and now retested, results below:

14 July 2021

TSH 0.005 (0.27-4.2)

FT3 3.56 (2.00-4.4) pg/mL

FT4 1.91 (0.93-1.7) ng/dL

FT3 : 65 % through range

FT4 : 127.27 %through range

Prior to ending up in emergency, when I was actually in need of an increase, as thankfully pointed out by greygoose, the range then was:

FT3 : 70.81% through range

FT4 : 133.81% through range

I’m now looking to increase dose from 150 to 175 Levo. I feel I’m under medicated as I was prior to hospital visit. Also contemplating adding T3 again, but that route will take a little more time, but I think possible to line that up for future. Any suggestions gratefully received, thanking you.

I’m totally gluten free for over a year. Does anybody know whether both antibodies in time ultimately become negative ?

Anti TPO 265 iU/ml Range < 5.6

Anti TBG 5.47 iU/ml Range < 4.11

Vitamin B12 426 (187-883) pg/ml

Vitamin D 41.35 (ng/ml)

Folate 10.5 ng/mL (3.1-20.5)

SlowDragon did point out Metformin can lower B12 and folate. I’ve recently stopped Metformin and just started topping up on Methylcobalamin injections, 3 times a week.
