I’ve just been put on this drug by my doctor who said it was recently approved by nice for slowing down kidney progression and improving heart help. Does anyone know or have experiences of using this drug?

blood pressure lower than usual
hi I posted a few weeks ago about my husband’s diagnosis of DCM. After two months, his entresto dose has been increased to 49/51 twice a day. bisoprolol remains at 1.25mg daily and empagliflozin at 10 mg daily. I am happy to say that he is feeling much more positive and doesn’t have any symptoms

husband just diagnosed with dilated catsiomyopathy
Hi my 51 year old his back has just been diagnosed with DCM. It would seem to be in a slightly milder form (I think). The only symptom he has displayed has been slight palpitations, feeling like a skipped heartbeat. His initial echo showed an EF of 38%. For the last few weeks he has been on entresto

Dapagliflozin/Forxiga
Hi all,Together with other heart meds my husband started on this drug around March this year. He has lost around 4/5 kilos, weight he most definitely didn't want or need to lose. Has anyone else experienced weight loss on this medication?

New diagnosis of HF and Cardiomyopathy
Hi, I've just turned 40 and was diagnosed back in February with no known cause. My EF was 15 and I am now on the highest doses of meds available including Entresto, Bisoprolol, Dapagliflozin, Furosemide and Spironolactone. I had a review echocardiogram 2 weeks ago and despite maximum dose my EF is still

Atorvastatin or other heart medicines side effects
I'm taking Atorvastatin 20mg and I'm suffering from very painful flatulence. Looking at all my drugs I'm taking (Eplerenone, Dapagliflozin, Entresto, laprozole, bisoprolol) the statin is the only one which states it may cause wind. Does anybody else have this and have you identified which medicine may

Empagliflozin
I have a 30yr transplant but my main problem now is heart failure. I had to come off Entresto as it had an adverse effect on my kidney function. Now prescribed 10mg Empagliflozin to hopefully help breathlessness. I am reluctant to start this after my previous experience. Would like to hear if anyone

Non Diabetic Hypoglycemia!
So the ongoing itching has driven me crazy, and took matters into my own hands as fed up of GP, Consultants and Cardio Teams all saying talk to someone else. I demanded blood tests to check if underlying condition maybe causing the itching ( even though still 90% convinced it's meds- Dapagliflozin is

Dapagliflozin. Anyone else experience extreme fatigue/tiredness right after taking this med each day?
I take it midday usually and within an hour I am wiped out. Very tired. Pretty much the case each day. I take this for heart failure. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this?
