Success with clonidine as a supplementary medication
Sharing some recent success. I have taken pregabalin 300mg for a number of years but have also supplemented it with a very small dose of clonazepam (between 0.125 and 0.5m) I started weaning off clonazepam approx 3 months ago because it's not desirable to take benzodiazepines long term (i'm weaning

Do you ever just not want to bother anyone else? I do, I'd almost would rather suffer in silence. I've been suffering with depression, anxiety, and adhd. The last year has been the worst after a seperation from my ex fiance with 2 kids involved. I self isolate myself and try to ignore everything. I

has anyone had madness when hypothyroid?
I went a bit mad 12 years ago thinking people were after me and ran away from home. I had a diagnosis of ME/CFS in 1992 and it got better 16 years later which is just when the madness started. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder (at 44 years of age). Since then, I have had 3 episodes where I thought

Can’t cope anymore
To make a long story short, im having panic attacks because me and my gf broke up recently and we both agreed to stay friends bc we are attached, but i feel so hurt and scared of messing things up moving forward. On top of my normal mental health which was already doing poor, i don’t know what to do

My updated post…I saw Dr. Davenport head of ABN (Association of British Neurologists) today .
Dear Dr. Davenport , You kindly saw me today so I could get advice for my RLS for now and in the future. I also asked you for general advice for my future treatment in case certain drugs are forbidden to be prescribed. I particularly went to you as you are an eminent neurologist and head of the

Hopelessness
I've been diagnosed officially with PTSD this week which is not a shock. I begin EMDR sessions next week so hope those are able to help. I have these bouts of feeling hopeless. I'm trying not to go too hard on myself but just feel that things will never get easier. Cry myself to sleep most nights with

proof I have been restricted on ADHD
I’m not paranoid they really have restricted me! I have tried to contact the admin but no reply. I suspect my crime is suggesting natural therapies such as changing diet for eg 7 year olds and to question giving them antidepressants at such a young age before trying changing diet and exercise. Here

panic attacks
I have panic attacks every morning. I lie down for hours. It has gotten to be a habit. they say to face the fear but I’m not able to. I feel anxious all day. I have tried many medications but none have helped. Clonazepam helps a little and mirtazapine for sleep

Chronic Endometritis
Hey lovely ladies! My question today related to endometritis/chronic uterine inflammation. I have done 4 hysteroscopies so far (two in 2021, one in 2022, one in 2023), each time the inflamed endometrium came out, with a "strawberry" appearance. After the tests, I came out positive for Ureaplasma (at

Nausea & Buprenorphine
I am waiting for my doctor to advise on an alternative anti nausea drug and to get him to prescribe sublingual Zofran. I have completed, without any success, the prescription the GP gave me for 5 days of Zofran and I am currently really struggling with the nausea 24 hours a day (milder during day though
