stair lift or bedroom downstairs?
My mum was diagnosed with CBD a couple of years ago. She is 77, lives with my dad, who is coping well as her carer, and I see them at least weekly. It’s heartbreaking seeing her deteriorating. She is becoming increasingly frail, and starting to struggle with the stairs. The OT has advised against installing

My darling Mum
My Mum passed away on 29 December. Approx 2 years after her diagnosis of CBD. I am so comforted that, as per her wishes, she stayed at home. the NHS have been amazing, she had carers 4x a day and every piece of equipment they though could help, She was “well” until 23 December and I then just knew

Parkinson’s stategy: Embracing Hiking
Can long-distance trails be a remedy for PD? That is the lingering question after my previous personal experiences on the Vicentina trail in Portugal and the Camí de Ronda in Spain. In both cases, a dramatic start in the first week transformed into a remarkable improvement in my PD symptoms. Reetpetitio

PTSD?
Hi all I posted a couple of months ago that my dad had passed away after a suffering from CBD. My issue is I am struggling to remember my dad before he was ill. All I see is him laying in his bed and nothing from before he was ill. This is really upsetting me. We had a very traumatic few weeks before

After a day of being unresponsive, he briefly opened his eyes around 1 a.m. on a Monday morning. I was watching him and saw a light in his

Christmas/Holiday Anxiety
*Update* Yesterday, I took a friend with me and went for a test drive to see how it affected me. I drove 2 hours, into an especially beautiful part of the country, had a lovely lunch, and drove home again - in total, about 7 hours out and about. Many stops for photo's, brief walks and looking at interesting

Cannàbis CBD Oil
Been talking to a CBD retailer. He says he sells the stuff made direct from the plant rather than the synthesized commercial version made in a lab. Quite expensive at £65 for a month supply. Has anyone had any success with it, esp in relation to removing stiffness and sleep?

Kinds of CBD?
I ordered CBD from a doctor who advertises on TV. Possibly Dr Oz but not sure. What came in the mail was CBD gummies and CBD oil. The gummies have 10mg CBD per chewie while the oil has 300mg per ml. I know oils tend to go stale if left on the shelf too long. For olive oil I add one Vitamin E
